Unlike most retreats, we give you the freedom to choose your accommodations and meals, making it easier to tailor the experience to your personal preferences and budget. Each retreat is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 8 women. We believe that smaller groups allow for deeper connections, a more personalized experience, and a greater sense of community. By keeping our retreats intimate, we can focus on creating meaningful interactions, ensuring that every participant feels seen, heard, and supported. This smaller setting also allows us to tailor activities and experiences to the group’s needs, making the retreat feel more like a close-knit getaway rather than a large event. Our goal is to create a space where you can truly relax, connect, and recharge without feeling overwhelmed.

At 4sRetreats, we believe in giving you the freedom and flexibility to make your girls’ getaway weekend, uniquely yours. By allowing you to choose your own lodging and dining options, you have the opportunity to select accommodations that best fit your budget, preferences, and needs. We’ll always provide an itinerary and recommendation for accommodations and meals—where your hosts will be staying and dining—so you can feel confident in your options. However, the final decision is up to you. This way, you have the freedom to enjoy local dining spots, share meals with newfound friends, or have your own private moments. We focus on curating the experiences that will leave you feeling inspired, rejuvenated, and connected, while allowing you to enjoy the autonomy of personalizing the rest of your weekend.

To make your experience even more enjoyable, we provide a welcome goodie bag with a selection of snacks to help fuel your day—perfect for a light breakfast or to keep your energy up during activities. Plus, we’ve included a few extra surprises to enhance your getaway and make it even more special.

We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated, bring a small stock of your favorite beverage, or purchase beverages as you need them.

Each retreat is unique, and while some may include optional excursions, others may be more focused on relaxation and connection. If an excursion is offered, participation is completely up to you, and you would be responsible for the cost. However, we’ll take care of making the reservations so you can simply show up and enjoy! During your free time, you’re welcome to schedule your own activities—whether that’s a spa treatment, a local tour, or simply unwinding in nature. Our goal is to provide a balance of curated experiences and personal downtime, so you can make the most of your getaway in a way that feels best for you.

All transportation to and from the retreat, accomodations, other venues is the responsibility of each participant. However, we will provide recommendations for the most convenient airport and offer tips on getting to the retreat location with ease. There may be occasions where we provide group transportation depending on the planned activities and the number of attendees. If this option becomes available, we will share the details in advance. Otherwise, we encourage you to plan your own transportation to make your arrival as smooth as possible.

The cost of the retreat varies depending on the specific retreat and location. Each retreat will have the exact pricing listed.

For payment, we offer flexible options:

You can pay in full when you book or you can do a 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

If you’re booking less than 30 days before the retreat, full payment is due at the time of registration.

We aim to make the payment process as convenient as possible while ensuring your spot is secured.

Event Cancellation by Organizer:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

Force Majeure:

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate participants on a case-by-case basis in situations such as serious illness, accidents, or other unforeseen emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible if such circumstances arise. * Covid 19 does not apply.  All payments are non-refundable.

Refund policy:

All payments and deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat.
