4:30 – 7:00pm  Check in is available starting at 4:30pm with the retreat officially kicking off at 7:00pm. Be sure to enjoy dinner on your own beforehand, so you’re ready to indulge in the dessert bar during our opening circle.

Our retreats are designed to offer a fully immersive experience with many delightful details along the way! Here is what is included:

Accommodations: You’ll stay in a beautiful, serene location that provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation and renewal.

Meals: You will enjoy nourishing breakfasts, lunches, and snacks throughout the retreat, with a variety of healthy options to keep you satisfied and energized. As part of this experience, a private four-course dinner party, complete with carefully selected wines for a truly memorable evening!

Workshops & Classes: Specifically crafted workshops and sessions to make your time enjoyable.

Excursions & Activities: Engage in excursions and activities that align with the theme of the retreat.

Personalized Attention: With small group sizes, you’ll receive personalized attention and guidance to ensure you get the most out of your experience.

The investment in our retreat reflects the high-quality, all-inclusive experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and find deeper connection with yourself.

There are three accomodation options to choose from and all include taxes, fees, meals (other than when noted), activities, workshops, excursions,and use of the entire property.

Option 1: King bed, private bath for $1500

Option 2: Queen/Full shared room, shared bath for $1200

Option 3: Shared bunk room,  shared bath for $1100

During our opening circle, we will have wine and sparkling wine with our dessert bar.  Wine is included in the private dinner party at local winery.  Wine tastings and addtional wine/alcohol will be available for purchase.

We provide transportation to and from the excursions but not to or from the airport.

Cherry (Traverse) City Airport is 30 minutes from the venue.

Grand Rapids International Airport is 2 hours 25 minutes from the venue.

Although we don’t provide transportatin, we can connect you with other retreat attendes for potential ride shares.

Yes! Your options are to pay with a deposit and 2 subsequent payments or pay in full.

Option 1: Non refundable Deposit: $500 due upon registration.  1/2 of the reamining balance due 60 days prior to the retreat (March 2, 2025) and the final 1/2 due 30 days prior to the retreat (April 1, 2025).  Payments at 60 and 30 days are non-refundable.

Option 2: Pay in Full: In the event that you need to cancel, refund policy is $500 until March 2, 2025; 1/2 plus $500 until April 1, 2025; non-refundable after April 1, 2025.

If you register within 30 days of the retreat, the balance is due in full.

Cancellation policy

Event Cancellation by Organizer:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the deposit.

Force Majeure:

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate participants on a case-by-case basis in situations such as serious illness, accidents, or other unforeseen emergencies. Please contact us as soon as possible if such circumstances arise. * Covid 19 does not apply.  All payments are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Absolutely! To ensure peace of mind and protect your investment we strongly recommend that all participants consider purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. I affirm that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would hinder my full participation in the activities at or with 4SRETREATS, LLC. A licensed physician has thoroughly verified my good health and physical condition so that I can participate in activities offered by 4SRETREATS, LLC. 2. I play a crucial role in maintaining my own safety. It is my duty to recognize and respect my personal limits, and to cease physical activity before it leads to illness or injury. While 4SRETREATS, LLC representatives may offer hands-on assistance and adjustments, I am responsible for clearly communicating if I prefer not to receive such assistance. 3. I fully understand and accept that engaging in practices and activities at or with 4SRETREATS, LLC carries inherent risks. By participating, I acknowledge and agree to assume all risks arising from apparent carelessness, negligence, or gross negligence of 4SRETREATS, LLC, myself, or any other party. I know these activities involve physical exertion, which can be strenuous and may lead to physical injury. 4. I fully understand that Yoga and other offered activities are not substitutes for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. 5. I hereby release 4SRETREATS, LLC from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, legal actions, or rights of actions for damages, personal injury, or death in connection with participation in activities with or by 4SRETREATS, LLC. This extends to any and all of the 4SRETREATS, LLC teachers, instructors, affiliates, independent contractors, lease facilities, retreat venues, event venues, and their respective representatives, directors, officers, sponsors, agents, employees/staff, volunteers, contractors, or representatives. 6. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive all claims I may have against 4SRETREATS, LLC, its owners, sponsors, staff, volunteers, and contractors for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in programs or activities offered by 4SRETREATS, LLC. 7. I, my heirs and/or legal representatives, forever release, waive discharge and covenant negligence and/or other acts that may arise against 4SRETREATS, LLC, its owners, directors, officers, sponsors, agents, employees/staff, volunteers, contractors, or representatives. 8. I grant my permission to 4SRETREATS, LLC and any transferee or licensee of them to utilize any photographs, motion pictures, video, recordings, and other references or records of activities with and at 4SRETREATS, LLC that may depict, record, or refer to me for any purpose (“likeness”), including commercial use by the released parties, their sponsors and their licensees. 9. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including but not limited to extenuating circumstances, illness, and injury. The scheduling and content of activities are subject to change as necessitated by schedule and availability based on the mandate of owners, management, and contractors of 4SRETREATS, LLC. I have fully read and understood the above release and waiver of liability. I fully understand its contents and that by signing it, I am obligated to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of any person and damage to property caused by my negligent or intentional act or omission. By signing this agreement, I am waiving certain legal rights I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns may have against 4SRETREATS, LLC or its owners. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in Florida. Signing also provides consent for 4SRETREATS, LLC to email me with reminders and offers.
